About The Role

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO (Operations & Execution) to help support leadership and assist in coordinating execution across our organization.

This is NOT a traditional administrative assistant position.

This role plays a major part in helping projects, priorities, communication, timelines, and follow-through consistently move forward across multiple companies and departments.

The right person for this role will help improve organization, communication, accountability, and execution throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the CEO with coordination, communication, scheduling, follow-up, and priority management
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, and follow-up across multiple projects
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors, external partners, and offshore resources
- Help improve accountability and execution speed across the organization
- Work within operational systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software

Compensation

$21.50 – $27.50 per hour

Compensation will ultimately depend on experience, capabilities, work ethic, organizational impact, and the value you are able to bring to the team.

Location

This is a full-time, in-office position located in West Chester, Ohio.
