Accounts Payable / Project Accounting Specialist

What You'll Be Doing- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies
- Manage and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
- Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (formulas and reconciliations)
- Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with payment processing
- Support project-related accounting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient AP operations
- Assist with month-end close and general accounting support
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, and data analysis)
- Experience with expense reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
