We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience managing maintenance teams, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and driving equipment reliability improvements. This role will focus on ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Operations & Equipment Reliability

• Lead and manage daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues, working closely with production teams to resolve equipment failures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, coaching, and performance management.

• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment servicing, repairs, and capital projects.

Process Optimization & Cost Management

• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track work orders, monitor maintenance performance, and optimize resource allocation.

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, focusing on cost-effective solutions for repairs and replacements.

• Drive initiatives related to energy efficiency, spare parts inventory management, and overall cost savings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of preventive & predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Hands-on experience with CMMS software and maintenance best practices.

• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive efficiency in maintenance operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
