Overview

Location: Carriage Court of Hilliard, 3570 Heritage Club Dr. Hilliard, Ohio 43026. Position: Care Partner — Full-Time. Starting wage: $18-$20 per hour. Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 11am-7pm.What we are looking for

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to residents, focusing on empathy and connection during daily activities and care moments.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude and LOVE our residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• You must be active: this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• You must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, and assist after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
