Territory Manager – Ohio High School Sales

About Sakel Campus Services:

We proudly serve over 40 high schools across Ohio, providing class rings, graduation announcements, caps and gowns, diplomas, and letter jackets to more than 15,000 students annually. As an authorized representative of Jostens, we help students celebrate key milestone moments in their educational journey.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Territory Manager to connect with schools and lead Jostens product sales across high schools in Ohio. This pivotal role offers the chance to work independently while having the support of a driven and tight-knit team.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage sales performance within assigned school accounts

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, class sponsors, and student groups

✅ Coordinate and conduct face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications

✅ Deliver engaging classroom presentations to students

✅ Provide exceptional customer service and support

✅ Regularly travel to schools within your territory

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Sales experience (preferred but not required)

✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills

✔️ Ability to clearly explain products to those unfamiliar with them

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet research

✔️ Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices

✔️ Highly organized and self-motivated
