Responsibilities
- Working in the field under the direction of a Team Leader to provide customers with professionally mowed lawns.
- Be dependable, on-time, and professional.
- Daily maintenance of equipment including but not limited to; cleaning, sharpening and changing blades, grease mowers, and note any major mechanical issues.
- Keep your assigned vehicle looking clean and professional, both inside and out
Job Requirements
- Available to work 40-50 hours per week Monday-Thursday and some Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
- 0-2 Years professional landscape maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid & Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance. (Not a requirement, but a plus).
- Availability for snow maintenance in the winter months
Typical Day
- Arrive to work ready to start the day.
- Check in with Team Leader (7:30am).
- Assist Team leader in getting out of shop in a timely manner.
- Notify Team Leader of any equipment issues throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and team.
