STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant)-(Days: Monday-Friday)

State Tested Nursing Assistants are privileged to be invited into deeply vulnerable moments with patients and families, often being at the bedside when someone passes. Our team works closely together to ensure the highest quality experience and STNAs are the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team.

STNA Qualifications:

• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle

STNA Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Travel to the office in Cincinnati, Ohio is required. Serving patients in a 50-mile radius around the site.
