Director of Strategic Partnership Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, public health, business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in process and policy development, quality improvement, or operations in a health care or nonprofit setting.
• Familiarity with nonprofit health care environments, including funding, compliance, and community impact.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and risk management in health care.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in process and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across diverse teams.
