Landscaping/Project Crew Leader

Pro Edge is seeking a year-round Landscape/Project Lead to oversee and participate in hands-on landscaping and snow removal in the winter months. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in all seasons, are comfortable with physical tasks, and are motivated to lead a small team to deliver exceptional results for clients. Hours vary seasonally, with full-time work during peak months and part-time hours in late fall and winter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team of 1-3 seasonal employees on landscaping projects
• Install and remove mulch and stone beds as required by project plans
• Carry out maintenance projects as directed by clients or account managers
• Operate hand and power tools safely to complete assigned tasks
• Prune branches and bushes to maintain property aesthetics and health
• Remove dead trees, bushes, and plants as needed
• Load and unload materials such as mulch, stone, and dirt
• Remove trash and debris from properties and dispose of it properly
• Perform snow removal duties in winter, including applying salt, operating snow blowers, and plowing
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and perform strenuous physical tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Non-smoking applicants preferred due to a zero-tolerance policy on client properties, company property, and vehicles

Compensation

$18–$23 per hour , paid weekly. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
