Operations Manager
What you´ll do
- Build, lead and mentor a team of Managers & Supervisors fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability to support the digital agenda. Ensure consistency and collaboration across shifts, developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated, dedicated, and engaged.
- Build an adaptable, data-driven workforce capable of navigating a technologically advanced manufacturing environment
- Assist with Technology Integration. Lead and advance digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Smart Factory tools, data analytics, and digital performance systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and agility. Use digital dashboards, KPIs, and real time data to identify performance gaps, drive operational discipline, and promote process stability.
- Align with Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to drive a CI culture and mindset at the floor level. Leverage fast response problem solving and six sigma tools to drive process improvements.
- Responsible for all warehouse functions: Manage inventory and material flows including shipping/receiving to meet company goals and customer demand; Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, shipment planner and receiving schedule.
- Ensure compliance by making sure all production operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation, comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead the production process from start to finish, ensuring output meets quality standards and customer needs. Continually monitor production performance and adjust production plan execution in a timely manner to improve performance.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or similar)
- Experience with chemical manufacturing preferred
- Five years of experience as a production manager or Five to Seven years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience leading Smart Factory initiatives such as digital dashboards, performance analytics, or other digital manufacturing tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and drive decision-making based on real time performance insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong digital fluency across manufacturing technologies.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and develop teams through change and modernization.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00- $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
