**Job Title: 2nd Shift - Production Supervisor - Salary** **Shift/Pay/Additional Information:** + 2nd shift: 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Thursday, + Potential extra hours on Fridays based on scheduling needs. + Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 + **This is a salaried role, not eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours** + Work in a smaller manufacturing facility with a total of 20 employees. **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team for the 2nd shift. Initially, you will train on the 1st shift before transitioning to oversee operations on the 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you will supervise a team of 10 employees in various functions including quality control, machine operation, and shipping. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage a team of 10 employees across quality, machine operation, and shipping. + Perform hands-on supervision and ensure the continuous operation of production lines. + Learn to operate machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency. + Report employee call-offs to HR and management. + Track production metrics, including rolls made and items shipped. + Record downtime and communicate issues via group chat. + Read and prioritize production schedules effectively. + Conduct disciplinary actions as needed. + Assist with machine operation if required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.92 - $28.85/hr.
