In the role of Environmental and Sustainability Engineer working in Trenton, OH you will be part of the EHS team. You will lead local execution of environmental aspects of the Environmental, Health, and Safety Strategy and drive day-to-day environmental compliance.
You will collaborate and interface with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and maintain necessary permits, understand impacts of pending regulation, and enhance Molson Coors community reputation. You will coach others to drive plant engagement in environmental and regulatory compliance and increase employee understanding of environmental regulations through development of environmental metrics and training programs.
What You'll Be Brewing:

Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations

Facilitate environmental incident investigations
-
Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs
-
Assess the existing or potential environmental impact of land use projects on air, water and land
-
Identify environmental, energy saving, and renewable energy projects
-
Develop, implement, and manage plans/programs related to landfill-free efforts
-
Support key safety programs such as process safety management/risk management, radiation safety, asbestos management, and emergency response

Coach operational teams on improving environmental performance

Lead active environmental related teams and engagement activities
Key Ingredients:
-
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related technical degree

You have at least 5 years of work experience in an environmental field in a manufacturing environment

Previous experience with implementing water and energy reduction and waste/recycling programs

Advanced familiarity with federal and state environmental rules and regulations
-
Ability to lead volunteer and mandated team efforts

Proficient in the use of incident investigation and problem solving methodologies

Ability to analyze data, recognize business impact and communicate trends

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $92,100.00 -* *$120,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10 %* target short term incentive + *$23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
