Hotsy Equipment, a leader in high-quality industrial/commercial equipment, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Swanton,OH. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (With a Why) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to drive sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails and customer walk-ins.
• Identify customer needs in respect to parts, machines or service and provide appropriate solutions using strong application based sell our product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist the manager with daily operations and with the sales team.
• Use our online training, sales coaching and a huge self-directed learning desire to sell off of mechanical applications and not price.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with rental equipment, technical machines, construction equipment or farm equipment products is a plus.
• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections from clients.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn about new products and services.
