Material Control Technical Trainer

Join Our Team as a Technical Trainer – Material Control!

Ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training that keeps our Material Control team skilled, safe, and confident. If you enjoy teaching, collaborating, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead onboarding, safety, and certification training for Material Control roles.
• Train on systems like SAP, WMS, RF scanning, VorneXL, MAPS, and digital work instructions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and assessments.
• Identify skill gaps and build solutions.
• Support Lean practices (5S, Standard Work, Kaizen).
• Manage training records and certifications.
• Adapt to new equipment, processes, and customer requirements.

What We Need from You:

• 3–5 years in Material Control, Warehouse, or DC (training experience a plus).
• Strong technical skills in SAP, WMS, and RF systems.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with compliance requirements.
• Degree or certification in Supply Chain, Ops, or IT preferred.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Work in both climate-controlled and standard warehouse environments.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
• Exposure to forklifts and other motorized equipment.
• Required PPE: hairnet, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.
