Job Title: Electronic Assemblers Location: West Chester, OH Zip Code: 45069 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract to Hire Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:30 AM - 4:10 PM M-TH Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hr DoE Keywords: #AssemblerJobs #ProductionSupportJobs Job Description: As an Electronics Assembler in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by being responsible for the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products. Primary Responsibilities:
- Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.
- Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
- Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level.
- Record activity into a database.
- Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required.
- Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to interface effectively with internal customers.
- Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- 2+ years soldering experience preferred
- 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
- IPC-610 certification preferred
