HR Specialty Service Professional

As the HR Specialty Service Professional you will play a vital role supporting activities required to successfully hire top talent for executive recruiting. Using good judgment and leveraging company best practices, you will manage complex interview requests across multiple locations, line of business and time zones. You will need to have the ability to interact with executive-level candidates, hiring managers and recruiters in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Coordinate and communicate all interview logistics to candidates, hiring managers and recruiters and ensure excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle
- Create and manage and prepare requisitions; extension of offer letter and candidate expense reports
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and recruiters to support the successful onboarding of new Managing Director hires
- Work with fellow colleagues to ensure all pre-arrival and first day activities for the Managing Directors are scheduled and completed
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels within the organization
- Possess a high degree of professionalism, discretion and sensitivity with confidential information
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in recruiting and Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with critical attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent judgment and tact
