⭐ Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator
Patient-Centered Boutique Dental Practice | Richfield, OH
We are a calm, relationship-focused dental practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients understand their care, values organization and follow-through, and thrives in a supportive, low-stress environment.

Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients
- Verify and understand dental insurance benefits
- Coordinate scheduling for optimal patient flow
- Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled care
- Assist with insurance submissions and claim tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
The ideal candidate
- Dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable discussing finances professionally and compassionately
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow systems consistently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Schedule
3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
28–32 hours weekly
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
