Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recycling activities, including handling paper, cardboard, bags, and related materials.
- Perform caulk out activities according to established procedures and quality expectations.
- Support general packaging and material handling tasks in a shop floor environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety protocols, procedures, and attendance expectations.
- Work as part of a team to support daily operational goals and production flow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18 to $19.50 per hour.
- Job type: 12-month contract with a possibility of extension.
- Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts.
- Location: Mentor, OH 44060.

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to safety, attendance, teamwork, and dependability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, production, recycling, logistics, or material handling.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing, shop floor, or warehouse environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive during repetitive hands-on tasks.
