VTL Operators

Indian Creek Fabricators is a growing manufacturing company located in Tipp City, Ohio, dedicated to delivering high-quality fabricated components to our customers. We are seeking dependable and skilled CNC Lathe and Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Operators to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and are looking to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability. As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring that parts are manufactured to precise specifications in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and VTL machines according to blueprint specifications.
• Select appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes and/or VTL machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable transportation to Tipp City, OH 45371, or willingness to relocate before starting work.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
