Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Care

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel

Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, care coordination, documentation, and patient education while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and healthcare compliance standards
• Respond effectively in fast-paced clinical settings

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state license
• ADN or BSN required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• ACLS certification preferred based on facility requirements
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
