Location: West Jefferson, OH 43162 | Pay: $25.00/hr | Shift: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Scope of Work

• Manufacturing Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair motor control circuits and transformers.
  • Apply strong knowledge of 3-phase electric motors and machine control.
  • CNC electrical controls troubleshooting experience is helpful.
  • Perform mechanical diagnostics and corrective maintenance.
• Facilities Maintenance
  • Plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Carpentry and painting to maintain building finishes.
  • Maintain fire systems, including PIVs and extinguishers.
  • Service and maintain air compressors.
  • Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment; perform tasks at elevated heights.
  • Operate/maintain forklifts; rig machinery for placement.
• Fabrication & Machining
  • Diagnose and repair machines; determine work procedures from drawings, sketches, and plans.
  • Operate toolroom equipment.
  • Weld steel using ARC and stick; cut using oxy/acetylene and plasma.
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • Repair and install hydraulic and pneumatic components.
  • Rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves and pumps.

Candidate Profile

• Can read and write clearly; able to interpret equipment manuals and technical instructions.
• Owns personal tools appropriate for maintenance work.
• Capable of medium and heavy lifting; comfortable working at heights.
