Plant Manager

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Recruiting, hiring, and training plant employees
• Overseeing the construction, setup, and operational readiness of the plant and warehouse
• Procuring equipment and ensuring efficient plant layout and workflow
• Implementing safety and regulatory compliance measures
• Developing and maintaining a competitive price list and pricing structure
• Managing vendor relationships, inventory, and supply chain logistics
• Coordinating with the corporate team to align on strategic and operational objectives
• Overseeing order preparation, packaging, and shipping operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers
• Coordinating transportation logistics, including carrier selection, scheduling, and cost control
• Monitoring delivery performance and resolving any transportation or customer service issues related to shipping and fulfillment
• Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by the Vice President of manufacturing operations The essential functions of this role include:
