$55-$60k Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
- Huge volume - 7-8,000 units (manage them, take care of the payments)
- Have 2 x AP (A-L) (L-Z)
- Uploading invoices into system
- Send to manager for approval
- Doing a weekly check run
- Managing utilitie bills and companies
- Processing ACH/checks
- Getting more vendors to ACH and supporting that
- Manage their vendors - getting statements
- Full Cycle AP
- Volume = Hundreds
- Will also support the front desk/receptionist area whenever the receptionist goes on break/lunch
