Technical material handler

2nd shift in Alliance Pay BOE
We’re looking for a reliable Utility / Set Up Person to support machine operations through material handling, staging, and setup tasks. This role helps keep production running smoothly while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

The Utility / Set Up Person will stage, load, and thread rolls; remove and wrap full pallets; and organize staging areas to maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices. This person will prepare lines for production runs, ensure materials are properly stocked, and perform ERP system transactions for material and inventory tracking. Cross-training in related areas is required to support flexibility and team coverage. Following all food safety, quality, and operational procedures is essential.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of manufacturing experience (preferred). The ability to read a tape measure, perform basic math, and lift up to 135 lbs. with assistance is required.

Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.

This position is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moderate noise, and variable temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times in production areas.
