Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of fine dining management experience (seafood helpful but not required)
• Expertise in fine dining establishments
• Proven ability to professionally lead, train, and inspire teams
• Strategic thinker with operational excellence and guest-first focus
• Dependable and eager to flourish long-term with am amazing team
• Experience with TOAST, ADP, OpenTable, or HotSchedules preferred
