You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to drive culture, guest experience, and operational excellence across both front and back of house.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of fine dining management experience (seafood helpful but not required)
- Expertise in fine dining establishments
- Proven ability to professionally lead, train, and inspire teams
- Strategic thinker with operational excellence and guest-first focus
- Dependable and eager to flourish long-term with am amazing team
- Experience with TOAST, ADP, OpenTable, or HotSchedules preferred
