In this independent contractor role, you will work inside partnered retail locations, engage directly with customers, generate interest in our offerings, and set appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail partner locations in a professional and friendly manner

• Introduce customers to our products and services and answer basic questions

• Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Create a positive customer experience through strong communication and relationship-building

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions

• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing development

Requirements

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail setting

• Self-starter with a motivated and goal-oriented mindset

• Sales, retail, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred, but not required

• Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented

• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations and meetings

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor position . Average annual earnings for individuals in this role typically range from $75,000.00 to $120,000.00 , depending on performance. Selected candidates may be required to complete a criminal background check and satisfy any applicable state or local requirements.
