Client Support & Administrative Specialist
We’re partnering with a nationally recognized professional services organization based in the eastern suburb of Cleveland, Ohio (Lake County) to hire a Client Support & Administrative Specialist. This on-site role supports senior-level professionals through administrative coordination, client communication, and operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client phone calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail.
Provide administrative support for internal teams and leadership.
Prepare reports, update records, and track client documentation.
Coordinate communication between clients and departments.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative, client service, or professional office support roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook expertise preferred.
Organized, proactive, and confident interacting with executives and clients.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000–$50,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.
Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
