Restaurant General Manager / Shift Manager – QSR
Akron / Canton Area | Full-Time

We’re hiring experienced restaurant leaders for a high-volume quick-service restaurant group in the Akron area. This opportunity is open to strong General Managers and Shift Managers who know how to run fast shifts, lead teams, and execute consistently.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
- Run high-volume shifts and set the pace for execution
- Coach and develop team members and support performance standards
- Manage labor, food cost, and shift-level results
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance
- Support hiring, scheduling, and team accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of QSR / fast-food leadership experience
- Current or recent GM, AGM, or Shift Manager experience
- Comfortable leading from the floor during peak hours
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Reliable, accountable, and performance-driven
