Job Duties
- Project Management - Manage multiple projects related to Crown’s Insite suite of current and future product offerings. Lead the planning and implementation of each project. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Reporting - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Communication - Follow established communication schedules to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization and customer participants on the progress of the project.
- Training and Development- Learn InfoLink project management processes. Attend DP training for new InfoLink products and attend go-lives to gain experience with technical and commercial product aspects. Prepare for future project management roles with national and major accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years related experience
- Associate's degree (Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering or Project Management)
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driving privileges
- Frequent Travel (6- 20%)
- Frequent overnight stays (6- 20%)
- Per 8-hour shift. Sit 7 hours and stand 1 hour. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Infrequently lift 31-40 pounds. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills via all forms of communication such as phone, email, WebEx and customer visits, as well as interpersonal, organizational, analytical and presentation skills are required.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as ability to organize and prepare information in concise forms to management is also required.
- Fluent verbally and written in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
