We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who shares our vision of excellence and patient care.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and skilled hygienist to join our collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in helping patients maintain their oral health and in fostering long-term relationships built on trust and care.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
Job Type: Full-Time, In-person

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before and during appointments
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Conduct oral health screenings and review patient histories
• Identify and document conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
• Perform cleanings, scaling, and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take diagnostic X-rays or impressions as needed
• Provide post-procedure care instructions
• Assist the dentist in treatment planning and coordination
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records and monitor supplies

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient-focused personality with strong attention to detail
• Stamina to meet the physical demands of the role
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunization or immunity
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English) and experience with Fuse by Patterson Dental or similar software
