We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Cleveland, OH, and surrounding cities including Grayton and Mentor.

What You'll Do:

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach to discuss our quality window products (involves working outdoors, including standing and walking for parts of your shift).
• Provide helpful information by following simple presentations and scripts.
• Represent Window Nation at local community events and fairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly answering homeowner questions about our window products.
• Work towards achievable sales goals with the support of our experienced team.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in field canvassing, door to door outreach, sales, customer service, retail, lead generation, or event promotion
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with new people

Standard Work Schedule:

• Must be available to work Mon–Fri from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM .
• NOTE : This work schedule may change periodically depending on business needs, seasonal volume, and weather conditions.
