Parking Operations Manager
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Qualifications:
Candidates will undergo a complete background check and must be able to pass a driving record review, as well as be able to drive all makes and models of vehicles.

• Full-time• Monday–Friday• Occasional Saturdays during busy season
Pay:$25–$33 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and work ethic.

Responsibility and Duties:
Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license
Must be able to lift up to 50/60 lbs
Must live in the northeast Ohio area
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
Must have reliable transportation to get to all properties in Cleveland and the surrounding areas for completing daily work
Must Show up on time and work consistently
Able to follow instructions and work well with a team or by ones self
Must have experience in customer Service
Skills:
- You must have conversational and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.
- Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
- Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
- The Ability to Communicate Clearly & consistent with Management Supervisors.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible:
For 5 surface lots & 4 parking garages.
- Activation of all monthly parkers, monthly audit of badges.
- Keep track of all monthly parker’s information.
- Keep track of all reserved monthly parkers.
- Conduct monthly comparison of other lot rate structure.
- Handle all incidents that occur in the lot/garage, including damage to cars, police reports, break-ins, etc.
- Answer all phone calls and customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Order all supplies: ticket rolls, badges, parking equipment replacements, etc. and keep monthly inventory.
- Keep a monthly rolling inventory of all equipment: flags, phones, pay machines, parking equipment replacement, electrical boards, etc. Order necessary replacements.
- Handle all special events including staffing, scheduling, monitoring, payroll, cleanup, etc.
- Keep track of all employee times, schedule, time off, payroll, etc.
- Keep track of all employee uniforms, order necessary replacements, keep track of all employee sizing.
- Keep storage room neat and clear, conduct monthly inventory and clean up.
- Keep equipment & tools in designated storage room.
- Keep all equipment in working order and schedule all preventative maintenance.
- Keep all booths clear and organized, conduct a purge every 3 months.
- Create purchase order requests for any equipment and tools required.
- Communicate directly with Manager Supervisors regarding all issues and any PO, monthly meetings by the 15th of each month.
- Create schedule and handle all lot monthly and annual maintenance, including, potholes, bollards, chains, striping, signs, lights, weeding, etc.
- Daily walk through of each lot and garage with pictures.
- Special Events: scheduling setup, take down, personnel, sanitary solutions, police officers, equipment (vests, flags, trash bags etc.)
- Snow Plowing: scheduling personnel, on call for emergencies, schedule truck maintenance, schedule truck clean downs, schedule truck plow & salted installation and removal, order salt by the end of September, conduct monthly inventory of salt and equipment, ensure all equipment kept clean and maintained properly.
- Garage Scrubber: schedule weekly after-hours cleaning in the summer and bi-weekly in the winter. Ensure the machine is cleaned down and put away properly after EVERY SINGLE USE. Schedule annual maintenance of machine with maintenance personnel.
