HR Specialist
Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a HR Specialist for one of our external partners.
Job Description:
- Assisting with conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and assist with candidate screening.
- Prepare offer letters, new hire packets, and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding documentation.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 Years of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
