What Youll Be Doing

As an Installation Supervisor, youll manage all aspects of residential installation projectsfrom the moment a project is assigned to the final walkthrough and payment collection. Youll coordinate crews, materials, and timelines, all while ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and proper documentation. Youll be the driving force behind on-time, on-budget, and high-quality installs.

What Youll Be Doing

• Oversee residential installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Review job scopes, confirm materials and scheduling, and prepare crews for a successful install
• Supervise 3+ projects daily, balancing field execution with office responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and crews, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction
• Monitor progress, resolve issues on-site, and maintain clean, compliant job sites
• Conduct kickoff and final walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and collect final payments
• Document job milestones, update Salesforce, and ensure all paperwork and costs are properly tracked
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes and improve processes

What Were Looking For

3+ years of supervisory experience in roofing, siding, or home improvement projects
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead crews with clarity and authority
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided upon approval)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Able to travel to job sites regularly and pass a criminal background check
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
