Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting & making beds.
• Work 10 - 25 hours per week (varies) between 8am and 5pm
• Must be flexible as the schedule can change often due to client and company needs
• Must attend weekly meetings on Mondays at 8am & once a month in-person on Tuesday at 8am
• Must lift/move items up to 20lbs
• Must be motivated & willing to always improve & have a high standard of cleanliness
• Must perform basic cleaning duties with high attention to detail: dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Must be able to bend, kneel, lift and reach
• Must care for your supplies & clean and store equipment properly at the end of shift
• Collect and remove trash
• Report, turn in and log all broken items or items needing repair
• Must stock your supplies and be prepared for all cleans
• Must travel within a 15-mile radius outside of Findlay
• Must be ok working alone when a client is home
• Must be a team player and complete other fun tasks that might be assigned

Qualifications :

• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, high energy, customer-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver's license & insurance
• Must have a reliable vehicle
