Position Summary

• Provide individudal counseling/psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of adult clients with child welfare cases
• Collaborate with providers, agencies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Submit documentation in a timely manner
• Meet productivity targets
• Participate in training to strengthen engagement skills and evidence based therapeutic interventions
• Participate in monthly meetings and invididual staff supervision
• Complete assessments as needed to fulfill productivity targeets and client needs
• Clinical Supervisor assisting Clinical Director as needed

What We Value in our next Behavioral Health Assessment Specialist

• Master’s degree in related mental health field with independent licensure and training supervision designation
• Relevant knowledge of motivational interviewing, mental health and substance use
• Knowledge of Hamilton County Job and Family Services Children's Services Division process
• Abiltiy to work with culturally diverse families
