A well-respected A&E firm based in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management experience, and a passion for delivering innovative electrical design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering and design teams in preparing construction drawings and technical specifications

• Design and oversee lighting and lighting control systems

• Design low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems

• Specify electrical materials, methods, and components

• Develop and integrate control systems for mechanical and refrigeration systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams

• Support project execution through all phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required

• 10+ years of experience designing electrical systems for large industrial and commercial buildings

• A/E consulting experience strongly preferred

• Proven ability to independently produce complete construction documents

• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills

• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality engineering solutions
