Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Medical Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our med spa. This individual will ensure exceptional client experiences, manage staff performance, drive sales, maintain compliance with medical and spa standards, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, treatment room readiness, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including medical and OSHA guidelines.
Implement and enforce spa protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage front desk staff, aestheticians, nurses, and other team members.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
Foster a positive, motivated, and professional team culture.
Client Experience
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure front desk and treatment staff provide knowledgeable and welcoming service.
Sales & Marketing
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, social media campaigns, and events.
Upsell services and retail products to maximize revenue and enhance client results.
Financial Oversight
Track budgets, expenses, and daily financials (e.g., cash drawers, POS reports).
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies and retail products.
Analyze financial reports and implement cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury wellness environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., Vagaro, Mindbody, Aesthetic Record) and POS systems.
Knowledge of skincare products, aesthetic treatments, and wellness services.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience working with medical professionals such as RNs, NPs, or physicians.
Sales and marketing background in the aesthetic industry.
CPR/First Aid certified.
