Material Handler
We are hiring for a FORKLIFT DRIVERS in the ELYRIA area!! We need SIT DOWN drivers!!
Duties:
- Operate stand up and sit down forklifts
- Assist in assembling pallets, lifting bags and items weighting up to 50 lbs.
- Safely load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse or production area
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently using a forklift or other equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies
- Inspect forklifts and other equipment for safety and maintenance issues
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, pallet jacks, hi-los, and lift trucks
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Minimum requirements:
- atleast 6 months of forklift experience!!!
