Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and an agile approach to working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communications effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and campaigns to enhance community outreach.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Manage relationships with media outlets and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or a related role, preferably in a non-profit or corporate environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
