Atomic Wings is looking for a friendly and dependable Restaurant Cashier to provide excellent customer service and help create a positive guest experience. This position plays an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately while maintaining a clean and welcoming front counter area.
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Location: Cleveland, OH
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
- Take customer orders and answer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance transactions.
- Issue receipts and process refunds according to company procedures.
- Package orders and verify order accuracy before delivery to customers.
- Keep the cashier station and dining area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and additional duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
