Major Responsibilities:
- Assisting with project management and more complex activities in distribution, involving the reception, delivery and control of inventory, with the objective of satisfying internal and external client needs.
- Investigates, identifies, and helps correct inventory discrepancies. Acts as an escalating point of contact for system access, queries, and project related tasks.
- Perform Administrative duties as required (i.e. meetings, data collection & analysis, trend reports, month/quarter end closeout, budgets, orders supplies, etc).
- Communicates with Deployment, TPM, Plant QA/TPM QA, and CSO to assure customer needs are met in regard to project related action items. Coordinates contractor activities onsite.
- Support project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.
- Supervise staff to ensure that all warehouse activities, training and project related action items are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepares project plans, schedules and budgets by using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and by working with appropriate staff to understand tasks necessary to complete project.
- Provides backup coverage for all warehouse functions.
- All other project work assigned.
PAY & SHIFT:
This is a full-time, hourly position, with access to our company's benefits. The schedule for this 1st Shift position is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST, Mondays - Fridays, plus some nights and weekends, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years or more of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some college or vocational schooling
- 3 or more years of Liquid Experience in both RPB & Fill/packaging Operations
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and mechanical skills with proficiency in various computer systems and software
- Highly motivated and self driven to effectively manage multi-tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while utilizing good judgment, effective communication, and strong problem solving skills

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
