Mechanical Test Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of medical devices, is looking for a Mechanical Test Technician at their Orange, OH location.This role requires at least 2 years of mechanical testing experience and aptitude for operating manual and automated lab equipment. A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.

responsibilities:
- Execute Mechanical Testing: Perform physical and mechanical tests on the full Sonicare product line (handles, brush heads, chargers) using manual and automated lab equipment.
- Strict Protocol Adherence: Follow detailed R&D test protocols and written instructions exactly as written, ensuring zero deviation from established procedures.
- Hands-on Lab Operations: Manage physical testing tasks, including dishwasher testing, equipment setup, and product handling, rather than software or analytical engineering.
- Data Documentation: Accurately record and maintain consistent test results to ensure high-quality data for the Test & Verification (T&V) team.
- Independent Execution: Operate reliably with minimal supervision once trained, maintaining high attention to detail across repetitive, protocol-driven workflows.
