What you will be doing as the Financial Customer Service Specialist:

• Answer inbound calls from customers in regards to their Annuity plan.
• Assist with any questions, concerns, or plan changes.
• Escalate any issues/calls appropriately.
• Ensure all calls are completed successfully and customers inquirers are answered.

W hat you will need as the Financial Customer Service Specialist:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to navigate multiple programs/systems.
• Call Center experience is a plus.
• Financial Services experience.
• Understanding of Annuity programs is a plus.
