ADT is seeking a high-performing, field-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across the Akron / Cleveland market .

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales advisors across the Akron / Cleveland markets
  • Drive team performance across sales production, recurring revenue, installation profitability, and activity metrics
  • Spend time in the field conducting ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and joint sales efforts
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent
  • Build a high-accountability sales culture focused on execution and results
  • Partner closely with installation leadership to ensure a strong customer experience
  • Hold regular sales meetings, communicate expectations clearly, and monitor performance consistently
  • Ensure adherence to ADT policies, pricing, programs, products, and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in residential, business or consumer sales leadership
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills
  • Ability to lead from the front in a field-based sales environment
  • Track record of improving performance and building teams
  • Strong communication, accountability, and leadership presence
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and installation teams

Qualifications

Education / Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven success leading and developing a sales team
  • Strong consultative selling background
  • Ability to coach both new and experienced sales professionals
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory
