Position Overview: As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.

Schedule Options: Work 3 Days, Enjoy 4 Days Off (12-hour shifts)

1. Front Half Nights: Sun 6PM – Mon 6AM, Mon 6PM – Tues 6AM, Tues 6PM – Wed 6AM
2. Front Half Days: Mon 6AM – Mon 6PM, Tues 6AM – Tues 6PM, Wed 6AM – Wed 6PM
3. Back Half Nights: Wed 6PM – Thurs 6AM, Thurs 6PM – Fri 6AM, Fri 6PM – Sat 6AM
4. Back Half Days (30 Hours): Thurs 6AM – Thurs 6PM, Fri 6AM – Fri 6PM, Sat 6AM – Sat Noon

Requirements:

1. Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
2. Eligibility to work in the United States
3. Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
5. Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
6. Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs, and stand or sit for up to 12 hours daily
