BARBERTON MANCAN TEMPORARY STAFFING EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is assisting a local, Barberton company seeking a professional and experienced Office Coordinator.

JOB DETAILS:
Temporary opportunity through August with the possibility of permanent
Pay Range: $18-$22/hour
Schedule: 7a-3p Monday-Friday- some flexibility for the right candidate!

Daily Tasks :
-Purchasing. Purchase a variety of raw materials, tools, and equipment parts through emails, phone calls, and websites. Maintain purchasing excel spreadsheets and QuickBooks. Create item receipts when purchased products arrive at our facility. Set up new vendors before they start working with us (credit apps, W-9, proof of insurance, etc.)
-Customer PO management. Enter customer POs into excel spreadsheets daily, as they are received from the customer via email. Ensure PO amounts are subtracted correctly from customer spreadsheets when we ship out finished parts to them.
-Daily customer invoicing through QuickBooks. Also file invoices electronically.
-Ensure customers are paying invoices according to their payment terms. ACH and check payments.
-Provide shipping documents for all shipments to customers. These documents are produced through excel spreadsheets with macros built in. Ensure accurate information is on all paperwork before providing it to the production floor.

Preferred Experience:
Purchasing, Microsoft Excel/Outlook/OneDrive/Sharpoint, QuickBooks, Purchase Order Creation, Customer Purchase Order Management, Shipping/Receiving Paperwork, Invoicing Customers

Soft Skills Needed To Be Successful in This Role:
Dependability - Solid attendance. And do what you say you will do.
Communication and Teamwork - Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities, internally and externally. This company needs someone that is not easily adversely affected by other teammates behaviors.
Detailed-Oriented There is little room for error when performing the daily tasks described above. This company needs someone who strives for perfection.

Will need to be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
