Job Description An Account Manager Liaison serves as the vital bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, strong client relationships, and successful project execution. In this role, you will act as the client’s advocate, aligning their needs with company resources while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments. * Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership. * Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and performance. * Communicate client objectives clearly to creative and strategic teams. * Resolve conflicts, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met or exceeded. * Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or liaison roles. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and client satisfaction. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
