Pet grooming advocates will have multiple channels to provide routine maintenance grooming with long-term career goals.

Wiggles and Wash is setting out on its mission to impact our communities across the area. We are currently searching for experienced Pet Grooming Advocate to join our team & fill the van schedules.

ABOUT YOU:

You love dogs! You are excited to take on a new opportunity where the atmosphere is energetic, the culture is positive, and the runway for growth is long. You describe yourself as very detail oriented and hold yourself to a high standard. You are a positive person, great attitude, and a clear communicator. You never back down from a challenge and are able to help us seek new and improved ways to operate. You are stable, reliable, and team oriented. As a partial commissioned position, you are eager and hard working. In this role, you will work independently and with our grooming staff to service pet parents and their pets.

Additionally:

• Must be able to service 4-7 Mobile dogs a day.
• Ideally split schedule days or 3-4 day work day.
• Must possess and maintain a clean driving record.
• Are able to maneuver a large grooming van.
• Are comfortable with all types /temperaments of pets: Large, Small, Nice, Nervous, etc.
• Understand dog behavior and leash control.
• Must understand breed cuts.
• Must be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Able to clearly communicate to owners, managers, teammates and customers.

Must be able to understand and take direction managing; and be able to make independent decisions!

What Wiggles & Wash Offers Very Competitive Commissioned Pay Plus Tips and Team Bonuses! Full Time candidates can expect to make $40,000 to infinite!

Competitive Pay that includes base salary during training period, commission, 100% of tips individual & team bonuses (profit sharing)!
