Review and provide commentary on the respective real estate contracts, including leases, purchase and sales agreements, to legal counsel and the appropriate internal stakeholders. Manage Cummins' real estate service provider's assigned professionals as it pertains to the manager's portfolio, including their transaction managers, brokers, lease administration, audit, and support associates, to ensure that their performance meets Cummins’ expectations.
